On the news front, recently, the 10th Offshore Wind Power Engineering Technology Conference was held in Wuhan. During the special discussions, experts delved into the potential synergies between offshore wind power and marine ranches, hydrogen energy, energy storage, and other formats. On December 8, at the Offshore Wind Power Modern Industrial Chain Joint Action Conference held in Dalian, Three Gorges Group launched the establishment of an industrial chain alliance consisting of 26 enterprises and research institutes, covering planning and design, equipment manufacturing, investment, and operation. The alliance released a "2025 Offshore Wind Power Technology Research List" on the same day, specifying 16 key research projects focusing on core bearings, indigenous insulating materials, flexible direct current transmission systems, and other critical areas. Previously, at the 2025 Offshore Wind Power Industry Development Forum in Beijing, the "Wind Power Beijing Declaration 2.0" was officially released, outlining the goal of adding 15 million kilowatts of offshore wind power capacity annually in China during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. This implies that by 2030, China's cumulative offshore wind power installed capacity will exceed 100 million kilowatts, and the trillion-dollar industry chain is entering a golden period of accelerated development. According to the "14th Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development," by 2030, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption in China will reach 25%, and offshore wind power will contribute significantly to this achievement.
