New stock news | HuaDa Beidou Hong Kong IPO prospectus invalidated
The Hong Kong IPO prospectus submitted by Shenzhen Huada Beidou Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huada Beidou") will expire on December 11, six months after it was submitted on June 11. Zhong Yin International and Ping An Securities (Hong Kong) are the joint sponsors when submitting the prospectus.
The Hong Kong stock prospectus submitted by Shenzhen Huada Beidou Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Huada Beidou) on June 11 expired after 6 months on December 11, with CMB International and Ping An Securities (Hong Kong) acting as its joint sponsors at the time of submission.
According to the previous prospectus, Huada Beidou is the leading provider of space positioning services in China, empowered by the Beidou satellite navigation system. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, China and is a domestic leader in the field of navigation positioning chip design, providing navigation positioning chips and modules that support Beidou and the major GNSS systems globally, as well as offering GNSS-related solutions. It has significant advantages in chip-level dual-frequency high-precision positioning technology, low-power technology, and high integration of SoC design technology.
