JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) announced that on December 10, 2025, the company signed a "Capital Increase Agreement" with Longtan Bridge Company and its shareholders. According to the "Capital Increase Agreement", Longtan Bridge Company will increase its registered capital by 4.51636 billion RMB, and invest no more than 9.03272 billion RMB in the construction of the project from Nanjing Urban Ring Expressway 338 Provincial Road to the Hurong Expressway. The company will increase its capital by 3.26964 billion RMB to Longtan Bridge Company with its own funds or other funds that meet the contribution requirements, while Nanjing Highway, a shareholder of Longtan Bridge Company, will increase its capital by 1.24672 billion RMB. The remaining construction funds of 4.51636 billion RMB will be raised by Longtan Bridge Company through bank loans and other means. After this capital increase, the company's equity stake in Longtan Bridge Company will increase from approximately 57.33% to about 63.80%.
