Shanghai Huitong Energy (600605.SH) announced that, due to its own capital needs, the company's shareholder Hongying in Shanghai intends to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 900,000 shares within three months after the 15th trading day from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding or block trading, accounting for no more than 0.44% of the total share capital of the company.
