CHINAHONGQIAO (01378) announced that Shandong Hontron Aluminum Industry Holding intends to issue new shares to existing shareholders of Hongtuo Industry (including Weiqiao Aluminum) to purchase their target shares and related transaction documents. The board of directors is pleased to announce that the Mergers and Acquisitions Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange approved the transaction at the 14th Mergers and Acquisitions Review Committee meeting held on December 10, 2025.
