CT IND GROUP (08111) announces that on December 10, 2025, China Technology Industry Investment (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a contract with Tengxi Engineering Limited. China Technology Industry Investment, as the contractor, will provide EPC services to Tengxi to construct electric vehicle charging facilities. This announcement, dated November 24, 2025, pertains to two contracts entered into by China Technology Industry Investment and Tengxi on the same day. China Technology Industry Investment will provide EPC services to Tengxi to build electric vehicle charging facilities in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. This move is part of the company's strategic plan to expand its services and has identified the Hong Kong EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services industry as a key area for growth. This decision was made due to the industry's significant growth potential and the synergies it presents with the company's existing business operations in the new energy sector. The contracts were entered into as part of the company's daily and general business processes. This formalizes EPC services as a strategic initiative within the company's main business division, diversifying and strengthening the company's financial income base. The revenue from these contracts will be included in the existing New Energy Power Systems Integration and Power Sales business division. The timing of this expansion is appropriate to capitalize on the increasing popularity of electric vehicles in Hong Kong, driving a large demand for related infrastructure, including electric vehicle charging facilities.
