Jisheng GP Holdings (08133) announced that due to the company's inability to reach an agreement with Yungtop Wealthwise (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants on the audit fees for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, Yungtop Wealthwise has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 10, 2025. Following the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from December 10, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Yungtop Wealthwise.
