Following the recommendation of the company's Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor, effective from December 10, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Yungtop Wealthwise.
