In terms of news, according to reports from The Paper, a widely watched multi-crystalline silicon production capacity integration and acquisition platform has officially been established. The company's name is Beijing Guang He Qian Cheng Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan. According to journalists from CaiLian News, Tongwei Co., Ltd's holding subsidiary holds 30.35% of Guang He Qian Cheng; GCL TECH's subsidiary holds 16.79%; Dongfang Hope, Xinjiang Daqo New Energy, XINTE ENERGY, and Asia Silicon hold 11.3%, 11.13%, 10.12%, and 7.79% respectively. In addition, according to data from the National Energy Administration, China's installed capacity of new photovoltaic power generation in October was 12.6GW, a year-on-year decrease of 38.3% and a month-on-month increase of 30.4%; according to SMM, the overall production of photovoltaic modules in November decreased by 2.43% compared to October. InfoLink believes that although there is a significant reduction in cell production, the problem of weak end demand remains unsolved. Due to market fluctuations, some cell manufacturers may further reduce production in the future. Market sentiment this week is cautious, and the overall price trend still depends on the results of the upstream and downstream negotiations. It is expected that the price of cell modules will continue to stabilize in the short term.
