Huatai Securities (06886) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (Huatai International), established Huatai International Finance Limited (Huatai International Finance) on October 27, 2020, with a maximum total principal of 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) for its overseas medium-term note program (MTN program). This MTN program is guaranteed by Huatai International (referred to as "the Guarantee" below). On December 9, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the aforementioned MTN program, with issuance amounts of 0.25 billion US dollars and 0.31 billion US dollars, respectively.

On December 9, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the above MTN Program, with issuance amounts of USD 0.25 billion and USD 0.31 billion respectively. Based on the exchange rate of USD 1 = RMB 7.0789 on November 28, 2025, the total guarantee amount is RMB 3.96 billion.
