According to the bookkeeping results, the total amount of the 2025 third tranche of medium-term notes issued is RMB 1 billion, with a maturity of five years and due in December 2030, with an annual interest rate of 2.24%. The funds raised from the issuance of the 2025 third tranche of medium-term notes will be used to repay loans from overseas financial institutions.
