Universal Tech (01026): Cai Dawei resigns as an independent non-executive director.

Global Industrial Technology (01026) announced that Tsai Dawei will step down as independent non-executive director and no longer serve as chairman of the company's audit committee, as well as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee, all effective at the end of the 2025 shareholders' annual meeting.
