Chinese Art Finance (01572) announced that Mr. Fan Zhixin has resigned as Co-Chairman, Executive Director, and Authorized Representative in accordance with the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, as well as the Authorized Representative under Section 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong, in order to devote more time to other business arrangements. The resignation will be effective from December 8, 2025.

Mr. Chen Xiaobing has been appointed as Co-Chairman, Executive Director, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent for the company, effective from December 8, 2025.
