Lancang Ancient Tea (06911) announced that the company's auditor, Baker Tilly Hong Kong, has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from December 8, 2025. After deliberation and approval by the Audit Committee and the Board Meeting, the Board has resolved to appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (a special general partnership) as the new auditor for the company's fiscal year 2025.
