Longpan technology (02465) announced that the company plans to provide a loan of no more than 4 billion yuan to its controlling subsidiary, Changzhou Lithium Source New Energy Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Changzhou Lithium Source"). The loan period shall not exceed 3 years, and the loan interest rate shall be no more than 150 basis points above the one-year LPR announced by the People's Bank of China on the actual disbursement date. Within the above-mentioned loan amount, Changzhou Lithium Source can handle related loans on a revolving basis.
