Green Economy (01315) announced that from September 15 to September 17, 2025, the group has sold all investor shares in Baze Medical (274.86 million shares subscribed by Guohua, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company) on the open market for a total consideration of approximately HK$30.2 million. After the completion of the sale, the company will no longer have any investments in Baze Medical.

GREEN ECONOMY (01315) announced that from September 15 to September 17, 2025, the Group has sold all investor shares (274.86 million shares of BAYZED HEALTH subscribed by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hua), with a total price of approximately HK$30.2 million. After the completion of the sale, the Company will no longer have any investments in BAYZED HEALTH.
