The RC operating company is mainly engaged in hotel operations. It is understood that the hotel is located at 1 Barrack St, Perth WA 6000, Australia, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Perth. The directors believe that the transaction will realize the value of the hotel; enable the realization of income from the transaction and the recycling of capital investment; and increase the group's liquid capital while reducing the group's net asset-liability ratio. The directors believe that the transaction is in line with the group's strategy of releasing surplus profits from its hotel portfolio development and selling non-core assets.
