The Bank of China (03988) announced that on October 28, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Chenggang as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary of the Bank. The Bank has received the approval from the China Banking Regulatory Commission for Mr. Liu Chenggang to serve as the Secretary of the Board of Directors. Starting from December 3, 2025, Mr. Liu Chenggang will concurrently serve as the Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary of the Bank.
