Smart Acme-W (02590) announced that on December 4, 2025, the board of directors has approved the proposal to implement the full circulation of H shares, that is, to convert all of the company's 94,576,100 unlisted Class B ordinary shares (unlisted Class B shares) into the company's H shares (H shares in full circulation). After obtaining all relevant approvals (including filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval by the Stock Exchange) and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, the unlisted Class B shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will apply for approval for the H shares to be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange main board (conversion and listing).
