His term begins on December 4, 2025, and ends at the conclusion of the shareholders' annual general meeting of the company for the year ending December 31, 2026. After the above election, Mr. Huang Weibiao serves as an employee representative director of the company (no longer serving as an executive director of the company), and continues to serve as a member of the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee.

His term will start from December 4, 2025 and continue until the end of the shareholders' annual general meeting for the year ending December 31, 2026, when the current board's term expires. After the above election, Mr. Huang Weibiao will serve as an employee representative director of the company (no longer as an executive director of the company) and will continue to serve as a member of the company's board's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.
