Guixin Group (08349) announced that Mr. Wen Peng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from December 2, 2025, in order to devote more time to his other business responsibilities. Mr. Wen also no longer serves as the chairman of the Company's nomination committee, as well as a member of the Company's remuneration committee, audit committee, and risk management committee, effective from the same date.
