Da Shan Education (09986) announced the acquisition of 52% equity of Spark Media International. All the preconditions under the sale and purchase agreement (with amended and supplementary agreements) have been met, and the transaction was completed on December 1, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. As a result, the target company's entire equity is held by the company with 52.0%, Seller A with 18.8%, and Seller B with 29.2%.

Furthermore, under the purchase agreement, the company issued and distributed 60 million new shares to Seller A at a price of HK$1.04 per share as consideration A, and issued and distributed 40 million new shares to Seller B at a price of HK$1.04 per share as consideration B.
