WELLCELL HOLD (02477): Zhang Xiaolong appointed as executive director
Jingwei Tian Di (02477) announced that Mr. Cong Bin has resigned as an executive director of the company, effective from December 3, 2025, in order to dedicate more time to other business commitments. After resigning as an executive director, Mr. Cong Bin will continue to serve as a director and legal representative of Guangdong Jingwei Infinite Communication Service Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
WELLCELL HOLD (02477) announced that Mr. Cong Bin has resigned as an executive director of the company effective December 3, 2025, in order to dedicate more time to other business commitments. After resigning as an executive director, Mr. Cong Bin will continue to serve as a director and legal representative of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Jingwei Infinite Communication Services Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhang Xiaolong has been appointed as an executive director, effective December 3, 2025.
After being appointed as an executive director on December 3, 2025, Mr. Zhang Xiaolong has also been appointed as a member of the company's Investment Committee; while Ms. Chen Shenmao will no longer serve as a member of the Investment Committee as of December 3, 2025.
