English Novel Science and Technology (02577) announced that the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the company has won the lawsuit against Infineon. On December 2, 2025, Eastern Time, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled on the 337 investigation case filed by Infineon against English Novel Science and Technology. In the case involving two patents, the ITC ruled that one of the patents did not infringe English Novel Science and Technology at all, and that the avoidance design scheme of the other patent (the current design scheme being used in the product) did not infringe English Novel Science and Technology at all.

On December 2, 2025, Eastern Standard Time, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled in favor of INNOSCIENCE in the 337 investigation case initiated by Infineon. In the two patents involved, ITC ruled that one of the patents was completely non-infringing for INNOSCIENCE, and the workaround design solution (current product design solution) for the other patent was also found to be completely non-infringing for INNOSCIENCE.
This ruling by the ITC further clarifies the intellectual property status of INNOSCIENCE and will help clear obstacles for its future global development.
