Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group (02465) Subsidiary Liyuan (Asia Pacific) Signs Long-Term Purchase Agreement with Sunwoda

Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group (02465) announced that its subsidiary LBM New Energy (AP) Pte. Ltd. (referred to as "Lithium Source (Asia Pacific)") has signed a "Long-Term Purchase Agreement" with Sunwoda Automotive Energy Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sunwoda"). According to the agreement, it is expected that Lithium Source (Asia Pacific) (referred to as the "seller") will sell a total of 106,800 tons of lithium iron phosphate cathode material meeting the agreed specifications to Sunwoda (referred to as the "buyer") between the years 2026 and 2030. The agreement also includes minimum purchase quantities and maximum supply quantities, with both parties agreeing to calibrate the demand every two years and the calibrated demand not being lower than the agreed annual minimum purchase quantity in the agreement. The specific unit price will be determined monthly by both parties according to the terms of the agreement. Based on the estimated quantity and market prices, the total contract sales amount is approximately RMB 4.5-5.5 billion (subject to actual settlement according to sales orders), meeting the disclosure standards of the Shanghai Stock Exchange listing rules. This agreement is a sales contract related to daily operations, and the company's signing of this agreement will help establish long-term and stable relationships with downstream partners, contributing to the stable sales of the company's products and aligning with the company's strategic development plan.
