China Eastern Airlines (00670) announced that on December 2, 2025, the board of directors agreed to elect Gao Fei as the vice chairman of the tenth board of directors of the company, agreed to adjust the composition of the board of directors' Aviation Safety and Environmental Committee, nominated Gao Fei to serve as a member and chairman of the committee, and the term of office is consistent with the term of office of the tenth board of directors.
