FS ANTHRACITE(01738): Lin Huiqi appointed as Company Secretary.

FS ANTHRACITE (01738) announced that, effective from December 2, 2025, Ms. Lin Haiqi has been appointed as the company secretary. Mr. Chen Qian has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business needs and personal matters. After Mr. Chen's resignation, he will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Mr. Tam Cheuk Ho and Mr. Wong Wai On will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee and remuneration committee, respectively. On the same day, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Li Zongyang, has been appointed as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, and Mr. Wang Xiufeng has been appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee.
