TONGDA HONG TAI (02363): Chen Shaomin appointed as Chairman of the Board

Tongda Hongtai (02363) announced that Mr. Li Jing'an has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director, Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from December 2, 2025; Mr. Chen Shaomin has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and has been reassigned from an independent non-executive director to an executive director of the company, no longer serving as Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee; Ms. Guo Xiuqiong has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee; and Mr. Chen Lu'an has been appointed as the company's Authorized Representative.
