Contemporary Amperex Technology (03750) announced that on December 1, 2025, the company signed a "Limited Partnership Agreement" with Boyu Tianshu (Ningbo) Self-Owned Fund Investment Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yongyuan Investment Fund Co., Ltd., and other partners. The company, as one of the limited partners, participated in the investment in "Boyu Xinzhi Xinchan (Ningbo) Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund" or "the Partnership"). After the initial delivery of the Fund, the total subscribed capital of the Fund is RMB 4.01 billion, of which the company, as a limited partner, subscribed RMB 500 million, holding a subscribed share of 12.497% in the Fund.
