The company is currently listed on the over-the-counter market in the US (OTC), the Canadian Securities Exchange, and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ticker symbols "DCSX," "DCSI," and "7QU0," respectively. The company had applied to transfer to the New York Stock Exchange in July 2022, but withdrew its prospectus in October 2023.
Direct Communication Solutions offers 4G/5G Internet of Things sensor hardware, SaaS-based platforms, and hosted connectivity solutions for fleet management, intelligent sales and operations systems for retail stores, and industries such as energy and utilities. The company has device deployment partnerships with Verizon, United States Cellular, Synnex, and Hyperion Partners, and provides platforms including MiFleet, MiSensors, and video remote information processing. Its solutions provide real-time data insights, predictive maintenance, and global connectivity services to a large customer base.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in San Diego, California, the company generated $9 million in revenue in the twelve months ending September 30, 2025. Direct Communication Solutions had secretly filed for an IPO on September 9, 2022. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the code DCSX. Revere Securities and Chaince Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for this transaction. Pricing terms have not yet been disclosed.
