Ms. Wu Weiqin has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, also effective from November 28, 2025. The Board of Directors announces the changes in the composition of the Company's Nomination Committee, effective from November 28, 2025: Executive Director Mr. Ke Xuan has resigned as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Executive Director Ms. Chen Kaixin has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
