LEGION CONSO (02129) announced that Mr. Wen Runhua has left the company secretary position, authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and legal process agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective from November 13, 2025.

CONSO(02129) announces that Mr. Wen Runhua has resigned from the position of Company Secretary, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the legal process agent for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from November 13, 2025.
Following Mr. Wen's resignation, Ms. Wong Baolin (who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as required under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules) has been appointed as the Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent with effect from November 28, 2025, to succeed Mr. Wen.
