TEAMWAY INTL GP (01239) announced that Dr. Zeng Qingyun has resigned as an independent non-executive director, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from November 30, 2025. Mr. Xiao Shuming has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as the chairman of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee.
