New China Life Insurance (01336) announced that at the thirty-ninth meeting of the eighth board of directors held on November 28, 2025, the proposal for nominating candidates for the ninth board of directors was approved. Mr. Yang Yucheng and Mr. Gong Xingfeng were nominated as executive director candidates for the ninth board of directors; Ms. Yang Xue, Ms. Mao Sixue, Mr. Hu Aimin, and Mr. Zhang Xiaodong were nominated as non-executive director candidates for the ninth board of directors; Ms. Xu Xu, Mr. Guo Yongqing, Mr. Zhuo Zhi, and Ms. Zhang Xiufen were nominated as independent non-executive director candidates for the ninth board of directors. The above director candidates, except for Ms. Zhang Xiufen, are all candidates for re-election.
