This marks a key step for Avita in expanding its capital channels and deepening its global strategy. Prior to this, Avita had completed four rounds of financing, raising funds exceeding 19 billion yuan, with the C round of financing exceeding 11 billion yuan, the largest single financing in the domestic market that year, fully demonstrating the high recognition of the capital market for Avita's development achievements and strong optimism for its broad prospects. At the same time, Avita also took the lead in investing 11.5 billion yuan in Yi Wang, holding a 10% stake, and building a new strategic cooperation relationship with Huawei based on capital ties.
Avita positions itself as an original, intelligent new luxury electric car, bringing together the advantages of three industry giants - Chongqing Changan Automobile, Huawei, and Contemporary Amperex Technology. Since its inception, Avita has been committed to creating a beautiful future of travel with original design and intelligent technology, and to building a leading global brand of new luxury smart electric cars. Currently, Avita has launched four mass-produced models - Avita 11, Avita 12, Avita 07, and Avita 06, as well as two limited editions - Avita 011 and Avita 012, covering the price range of 200,000 to 700,000 yuan. In terms of sales volume, Avita achieved a historical high in October with sales of 13,506 units, breaking the ten thousand mark for eight consecutive months. According to the prospectus, the funds raised by Avita's listing in Hong Kong this time will be mainly used for product development, platform and technology development, brand building, sales service network construction, as well as supplementing operating funds to further enhance its core competitiveness. According to the plan, in 2026, Avita will launch 5 upgraded products in collaboration with Huawei, and by 2030, a total of 17 models will be released, covering sedans, SUVs, MPVs, and other segments.
