MINDTELL TECH (08611) has completed the acquisition of 100% equity of Henan Lixuan Network Technology.

Jiufu Lai (08611) announced the acquisition of all equity of Henan Lixuan Network Technology. All the conditions precedent of the purchase agreement have been met, and the completion was implemented on November 27, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement. Upon completion, the target company will become a directly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (or if the buyer requests the seller to transfer all the equity to a subsidiary of the company according to the terms of the purchase agreement, it will be an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the group's accounts.
