TANWAN released an announcement on November 27, 2025, stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangzhou Lililiya Culture & Entertainment Co., Ltd., which is dedicated to trendy play business, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with COEXIST CO., LIMITED and Shenzhen GY Culture Co., Ltd. (referred to collectively as "COEXIST Group"). The agreement, titled "Artist Work Development Cooperation Agreement," aims to integrate over two hundred trendy art artists to jointly carry out the development, sales, and promotion activities of art derivative products.
TANWAN (09890) announced that on November 27, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Lililiya Culture Entertainment Co., Ltd (TANWAN), which focuses on trendy play business, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement "Artist Works Development Cooperation Agreement" with COEXIST CO., LIMITED (Collective Culture Group Limited) and Shenzhen Gongyisi Culture Co., Ltd. (both companies collectively referred to as "COEXIST Group"). The agreement involves integrating over two hundred trendy play artists to jointly develop, sell, and promote art derivative products. The cooperation period is five years, from November 27, 2025 to November 26, 2030. This cooperation marks the group's further expansion in the trendy play industry, leveraging its expertise in digital entertainment to enhance its business ecosystem and start a new chapter in trendy play by combining "Classic IP" and "Artist IP". According to the agreement, COEXIST Group, with its rich artist resources, will sign legal and effective authorization contracts with over 200 top, mid-level, and emerging artists, obtaining complete authorization and sublicensing rights for the artists' involvement in this project. This will create a rare IP matrix that combines artistic depth and commercial value, meeting business needs accurately and efficiently connecting art creation with brand licensing, product development, and exhibition. The authorization scope covers the rights to develop, design, produce, and sell derivative products based on the artists' original artwork, original animation characters, visual elements, character names, logos, designs, themes, original design sketches, as well as related trademarks, intellectual property, and other content collectively referred to as "Artwork". During the cooperation period, TANWAN will have exclusive and sole authorization to use the artists' artwork in developing, designing, producing, and selling trendy play products (including sculpture, plush toys, action figures, building blocks, ball-jointed dolls, and other art toy derivatives). Simultaneously, TANWAN will have non-exclusive authorization to collaborate on other authorized derivative products. Utilizing its expertise in product development, sales channels, event planning, and creative promotion in the digital entertainment field, TANWAN will unleash the diversified value of art IP. The strategic cooperation agreement signed between TANWAN and international creative art agency COEXIST Group aims to create a new paradigm of "Artist IP", rather than just a simple cooperation on work authorization development. TANWAN will provide full support to COEXIST Group's signed artists throughout the creative process, from initial positioning and market potential assessment to product development, event planning, and multi-channel targeted promotion. In the future, TANWAN will further explore collaboration opportunities with artists, enhance the partnership with COEXIST Group, and gradually expand the cooperation to its own brands such as BRO KOOLI, CASHY BABY, LILIA ANGEL, as well as internationally renowned classic IP brands like the Garfield family, Sesame Street, and PINGU Penguins, to drive the diversified creative development of IP products together.
