Zhongfu Information (300659.SZ) announced that, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the investment projects and based on the company's strategic planning and business development needs, the company intends to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongfu Security Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhongfu Security") by 380 million yuan. Of this, 350 million yuan will be increased through debt-to-equity conversion using its own funds, and 30 million yuan will be increased using the funds raised. The registered capital of Zhongfu Security will increase from 770 million yuan to 1.15 billion yuan.
