China Carbon Neutrality Limited (01372) announced that effective from November 27, 2025: Mr. Chen Yonglan (Mr. Chen Yonglan) has been reassigned from Co-Chairman to Chairman; Mr. Zhong Guoxing (Mr. Zhong) has been reassigned from Co-Chairman to Vice Chairman, and has been reassigned from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director; Mr. Zhang Xiaodong (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as Executive Director and Vice President; Mr. Wang Guangzu (Mr. Wang) has resigned as a replacement director for Mr. Geng Zhiyuan (Mr. Geng) (Non-Executive Director, Honorary Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee) due to personal professional arrangements; and Mr. Chen Lei (Mr. Chen Lei) has been appointed as a replacement director for Mr. Geng (Non-Executive Director, Honorary Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee).
