Zhongman Petroleum (603619.SH) announced that Zhu Fengxue, Gongrong Investment, and Gongyuan Investment plan to collectively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 4.623 million shares, or 1% of the total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding trading within three months starting from the date of the announcement. They also plan to collectively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.246 million shares, or 2% of the total share capital of the company, through block trading. The total reduction in holdings of the company's shares will not exceed 13.869 million shares, or 3% of the total share capital of the company.
