On Wednesday, the concept stocks of energy storage collectively rose, with Fluence Energy (FLNC.US) rising nearly 11%, CleanSpark (CLSK.US) rising over 8%, GE Vernova (GEV.US) and Vistra Energy (VST.US) rising over 2%. In terms of news, Fluence Energy reported earnings per share of 13 cents for the fourth quarter of its 2025 fiscal year, lower than analysts' expectations of 20 cents. Quarterly revenue was $1.04 billion, below Wall Street's expected $1.38 billion and a decrease from $1.23 billion in the same quarter last year. The company expects revenue for the 2026 fiscal year to be between $3.2 billion and $3.6 billion, while analysts' estimates are $2.6 billion. The CEO of Fluence Energy stated, "We believe we have the ability to fully capitalize on the accelerated growth in energy storage demand. This quarter we achieved $1.4 billion in new orders and an adjusted gross margin of 13.7%, both of which are the company's best performance in history."
