TIANJIN CAPITAL (01065) nominates Tang Fusheng as a candidate for executive director of the tenth board of directors.

Tianjin Entrepreneurial Environmental Protection Company (01065) announced that, in accordance with the laws of China and the Company's Articles of Association, and considering various factors, the company proposes to nominate (1) Mr. Tang Fusheng and Ms. Nie Yanhong as candidates for executive directors of the 10th Board of Directors; (2) Mr. Wang Yongwei, Mr. Li Xiaoguang, and Mr. Liu Tao as candidates for non-executive directors of the 10th Board of Directors; and (3) Ms. Liu Fei, Mr. Wang Shanggan, and Mr. Xue Tao as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the 10th Board of Directors. The appointment of the above nominees will take effect after approval by the shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, with a term of three years from December 31, 2025 to December 30, 2028.
