CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) subsidiary China Guangdong Nuclear Power Shenzhen and CGN Wind Power have established a framework agreement for electricity marketing business services.
CGN New Energy (01811) announced that on November 26, 2025, CGN Shenzhen (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into an electricity marketing business service framework agreement with CGN Wind Power (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of CGN). CGN Shenzhen agreed to provide electricity marketing business services to CGN Wind Power.
CGN NEW ENERGY (01811) announced that on November 26, 2025, CGN Shenzhen (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into a framework agreement for power marketing business services with CGN Wind Power (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company). CGN Shenzhen agreed to provide power marketing business services to CGN Wind Power.
Entering into the framework agreement for power marketing business services not only can generate additional income, but also helps to enhance the Company's market share, experience, and reputation in the electricity, green certificate, domestic and international emission reduction trading markets, as well as the related consulting service industry, thereby improving the Company's long-term competitiveness.
