WECON HOLDINGS (01793) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The group achieved a profit of HK$648 million, representing an increase of 11.67% year-on-year. The attributable profit to owners of the company was HK$6.316 million, an increase of 25.17% year-on-year, with earnings per share of 0.8 HK cents.
The revenue generated from building construction services increased from approximately HK$446 million for the six months ended September 30, 2024 to approximately HK$644 million for the six months ended September 30, 2025, an increase of approximately HK$198 million or 44.4%. This increase was mainly due to the revenue generated from several major projects that made significant progress during the six months ended September 30, 2025. However, this increase was partially offset by a decrease in revenue from other major projects, as they were completed during the six months ended September 30, 2025.
