It was found during the self-examination that there was a deviation in the understanding of the conditions for the application of tax policies by both parties, resulting in a total of 24.5157 million yuan in unpaid taxes and overdue fines for the company's subsidiaries. As of the date of the announcement, the company's subsidiaries have paid the above-mentioned taxes and fines as required, and this tax matter does not involve any administrative penalties.
The payment of the overdue taxes and fines has been included in the subsidiary's profit and loss for the year 2025, and it is expected to reduce the company's net profit for the year 2025 by approximately 23.8413 million yuan, accounting for 46.30% of the company's net profit attributable to the shareholders of the listed company in the most recent audited period.
