PROSPEROUSPRINT (08385) announced that Viva Accountants LLP (Viva) has resigned as the group's auditor, effective from November 3, 2025. Upon recommendation from the board audit committee, the board has decided to appoint Tieda Accountants LLP (Tieda) as the new auditor for the group, effective from November 25, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Viva's resignation. The term will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of the company.
