ALCO HOLDINGS LIMITED (00328) Announcement: The Board of Directors of the Company is deeply saddened to learn that Mr. Ho Tze Yu, an Executive Director and the Authorized Representative of the Company as required under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, has passed away and is no longer able to act as an Executive Director and Authorized Representative of the Company, effective November 25, 2025. The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Chu Hoi Kin, an independent non-executive director of the Company, as the Authorized Representative with immediate effect.
