CULTURECOM HOLD (00343) announced that as of November 25, 2025, (i) Mr. Feng Dinghao has been transferred from an independent non-executive director to an executive director; and (ii) Ms. Chen Shuwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. As of November 25, 2025, (i) Mr. Feng has resigned as Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee and member of the Company's Audit Committee; (ii) Ms. Chen has been appointed as a member of both the Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee; and (iii) Mr. Meng Yili has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
