FOURTH PARADIGM (06682) announced that, in accordance with its stock option plan adopted on September 19, 2024, the company granted a total of 9.8037 million stock options to eligible individuals (grantees) on November 25, 2025, at a subscription price of HK$48.38 per H-share to subscribe to the company's common stock listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. However, the stock options can only be exercised after the grantees accept them.
