Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology (600458.SH) announced that its subsidiary, CRRC Corporation New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xincaide"), intends to invest in establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Serbia. The subsidiary will be responsible for developing, manufacturing, and selling automotive parts and related equipment. The registered capital of the Serbia subsidiary is 6 million euros (approximately 49.28 million yuan).
