Wuxi Life (08148): Zhongzheng Tianheng appointed as the auditor

WUXI LIFE (08148) announced that, considering the Company could not reach an agreement with its current auditor, Fan Chen Certified Public Accountants, on the audit fees for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025, the Company plans to change auditors. Therefore, Fan Chen has resigned as the Company's auditor since November 25, 2025. Upon recommendation from the Audit Committee, China Zhongzheng Tianheng Certified Public Accountants has been appointed as the Company's new auditor, effective from November 25, 2025.
